Connected Platform Data: when you connect Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Google Search Console, or similar integrations, we process the site, page, content, link, keyword, and account information needed to provide the service. Non-Personal Data: we also collect non-personal data through web cookies and analytics to enhance user experience.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process information to manage your account, process orders, connect to Webflow, WordPress, and Wix sites you authorize, analyze pages and links, generate internal-linking suggestions, publish approved changes, improve the product, prevent abuse, and provide support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when needed to operate LinkerFlow, such as with payment processors, hosting and analytics providers, support tools, and the platforms or integrations you authorize, including Webflow, WordPress, Wix, and Google services.

LinkerFlow is operated from Hong Kong and acts as an independent data controller for personal data processed through the service. When you install or connect LinkerFlow through Wix, we process Wix user data and Wix site visitor data only as needed to provide the app, maintain the integration, prevent abuse, comply with law, and honor your instructions.

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests such as security and product improvement, consent where required for cookies or optional integrations, and legal obligations such as tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

9. Storage, Security, and Hosting

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, encryption in transit, protected cloud infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and internal review of access to production systems. User data received from Wix is hosted or processed only with cloud providers permitted by Wix or otherwise approved by Wix where required.

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide LinkerFlow, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. When you disconnect an integration, uninstall the Wix app, or request deletion, we delete or anonymize connected platform data unless retention is legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing records, or dispute resolution.

We may use hosting, payment, analytics, email, support, logging, and infrastructure providers to operate LinkerFlow.
