Terms of use - LinkerFlow

These terms explain how LinkerFlow works, what we expect from you, and how we deliver internal-linking automations for Webflow, WordPress, and Wix sites.

Before accessing our services, please review these rules carefully. Your acceptance of the terms is required to use LinkerFlow.

Permitted use

LinkerFlow is provided for Webflow, WordPress, and Wix website owners, marketers, and agencies to automate internal linking. You must use the service in compliance with Webflow's Terms, WordPress's Terms, Wix's Terms, and applicable laws, and avoid sharing credentials with unauthorized parties.

User data and responsibilities

You remain responsible for the content you connect to LinkerFlow. Keep your Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Google, and other connected accounts secure, review AI suggestions before approving or publishing them, and do not submit prohibited or sensitive information.

Refund policy

LinkerFlow is a Partner Billed app. Paid plans are billed directly by LinkerFlow monthly or yearly unless a separate written arrangement applies. Refunds are available only when the app has not been used, meaning no site has been added or connected to LinkerFlow. Once a site has been added or connected, the app is considered used and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes to the service

We may update features, pricing, or these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app messaging when material changes occur. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong unless the parties agree otherwise or mandatory consumer law requires a different forum.

Partner Billed Payments

Because LinkerFlow is Partner Billed, you authorize LinkerFlow and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, taxes, and applicable fees. Wix may still require changes to billing arrangements under its App Market rules, and Wix terms continue to apply to your Wix account and app installation.

Webflow, WordPress, Wix, and Third-Party Terms

Your use of LinkerFlow with Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Google Search Console, or other connected platforms is also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect each site, authorize API access, and publish changes.

Account Access and Permissions

You must keep account credentials, API tokens, OAuth permissions, and team access secure. You authorize LinkerFlow to read, analyze, and, when you approve actions, update connected site content and metadata as necessary to provide internal-linking workflows.

Review of Suggestions

LinkerFlow may use automation and AI to suggest internal links, anchor text, target pages, and SEO improvements. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before approval and for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of content published to your site.

Prohibited Use

You may not use LinkerFlow to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, interfere with Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Google, or LinkerFlow systems, bypass security controls, scrape data unlawfully, submit malware, process highly sensitive data that is not required for the service, or misrepresent your authority over a connected site.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, misuse connected platform data, or if required by Wix, another platform, or applicable law. You may stop using LinkerFlow by canceling your plan, disconnecting integrations, or uninstalling the app.

Intellectual Property

LinkerFlow, its software, designs, workflows, documentation, and trademarks remain owned by LinkerFlow or its licensors. You retain ownership of your site content. You grant LinkerFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and modify connected content only to provide the service.

Service Changes and Compatibility

We may update LinkerFlow to improve the service, maintain security, comply with Wix App Market requirements, or preserve compatibility with Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Google, and other integrations. Some features may change if third-party platforms change their APIs, permissions, or policies.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LinkerFlow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, revenue, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkerFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
